Sessions are tailored to you and your needs and include elements of massage, including Swedish deep tissue, stretching, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques, breath, and energy work. We start each session with breathing together so we can both center into the session and begin our journey. Depending on your preference, we can blend both the sensual and therapeutic modalities or customize your session specifically to you.
